So Emily and I decided our hobby should be spas. After living in Thailand for a year, why not be Pattaya/Jomtien spa connoisseurs?
We went to a place right on the outskirts of Jomtien - next to our favorite 40B wine place. Emily had a Thai massage - 1 hr - 200B. I decided to have a Pedicure instead of a foot massage because my feet really needed more attention than just a massage :)
Not a bad spa. They were very nice and it was well decorated... not like some massage places that are tucked in the back of a restaurant or something. The mood is very important to me when relaxing in a spa. They had one up on Healthland in that they played nice soothing music instead of a blaring TV.
However, the 400B pedicure could have been better. Not very impressed but atlas there are a dozen more spas to visit. Sigh....Life is hard.
